For long-term or chronic injuries, I recommend that you schedule a series of sessions to help break the already established pain feedback loop. As your body establishes a new, healthier way to deal with stress and you see improvement in your overall pain level, the frequency of sessions decreases and finally tapers
to once a month or once a season maintenance care.
Injury Care
If you are newly injured, I can help you get out of pain and prevent your injury from developing into a pain feedback loop. Chronic pain develops when you experience stress and store it in the site of an old injury.
Injury Prevention Care
Day to day physical and mental stresses can build up in your body and lead to more serious symptoms. Repetitive actions like driving and working at a computer can lead to little aches and pains that turn into more major hip problems and carpal tunnel down the line. As your body learns to store
stress in these areas, mental stress can also trigger flairs up in these body parts. Regular once a month or once a season tune-ups can help you prevent minor aches and pains from turning into repetitive stress injuries and break the brain-pain feedback loop.
